was great!

clean room temperature control great support

my stay was awesome i found the rooms clean and very temperature controlled i noticed some wear but nothing too bad the ihop was super convenient i especially appreciated jose's amazing support i would definitely stay again it was fantastic

the bathroom had little counter space i found it difficult to manage toiletries without enough room i hope this can be improved soon

the room had hot water access i found the room very spacious and clean i appreciated daily towel changes i thought the internet worked well enough to meet my needs it was really nice

the hotel provides ample parking space which i found very convenient the staff was nice and helpful front desk service operates twenty-four hours a day i thought that was super practical i felt secure all the time

this hotel is located perfectly i found it ideal for accessing the convention center it's also near restaurants and shops along international drive i noticed the bus stop is conveniently located across the street i thought it was fantastic

a nice stay near the convention

helpful staff clean room comfortable bed remodeled hotel

i appreciate the staff because they helped me a lot with everything i needed. the rooms are VERY clean and the beds are comfortable. i also like that there is an ihop restaurant attached. the hotel looks nice, since it has been remodeled recently.

the floor boards were coming undone in my room so it hurt my feet sometimes.

i REALLY appreciate the refrigerators and microwaves here. the elevators work FINE and ice machines are available. there is ample parking.

clean room convenient location

checking in was quick. the room was clean. i had a fridge, though there was no coffee pot. the location next to ihop, mcdonalds, and dunkin' donuts was handy.

i was double charged. i was charged when i checked in and again after i checked out. it took a month for the original charge to fall off.

The pool is quite large. It features a deep end reaching nine feet. the hotel offers a refrigerator in each room, useful. requesting a coffee maker and iron is possible.

the staff were surprisingly friendly. housekeeping came every day, so the room remained tidy. maintenance came quickly when i noticed the tv and fridge were unplugged.

this hotel does not include breakfast, though various restaurants are nearby. ihop, mcdonalds, and denny's are within walking distance. a seven eleven is also nearby for quick snacks.
